How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you have completed your online booking, your confirmation number will be displayed on the confirmation page. If you completed your booking by phone you will also receive a confirmation number. Additionally, we will send you an email confirmation after you’ve completed your booking. Please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 0419 873 431 if you have questions about your booking.
How do I get a receipt for my booking?
When you complete a booking your receipt is displayed, just click on the text “Print receipt” to print a copy. Please don’t hesitate to contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone on 0419 873 431 if you need a copy of your receipt.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking any time prior to the date you have selected as your move-in booking date on your booking confirmation paperwork. As your booking is directly forwarded to the customer service team, you will need to request a cancellation by contacting us directly. Your confirmation email will have information to contact us, as well as your confirmation number – these items will make your cancellation easy.

When will I be charged for my storage booking?
Once you have completed a booking through storage-man.com.au your deposit will be charged and immediately transferred to the Storage Man Qld, where you made your booking.
Will the site be large enough for my caravan?
Yes, our storage yard can accommodate the largest caravans, boats or recreational vehicles.
Do you have indoor storage for tall RVs like Caravans, Motorhomes & 5th Wheelers?
Yes, we do! However, you can also purchase an all-weather RV protection cover if you choose an outdoor storage site instead.
What security do you have?
We have a main entry gate with barbed wire, plus an internal automatic controlled gate where entry is only by invitation by our customer service team. Sensor lights are provided for night time security and monitored security cameras that run 24/7. No entry or exit to the internal storage facility is approved until identification is presented to our customer service team. This prevents any unauthorised access to this storage site.
Can I get access to my caravan, boat or recreational vehicle at any time?
Access is limited to daylight hours only as per our standard trading hours. Other than this you may access your caravan, boat or recreational vehicle with one of our customer service team. You will provide your own locks/anti-theft deterrents and hold the key for them. We will need a key copy of any anti-theft devices to be able to move your caravan, boat or recreational vehicle. We park your caravan, boat or RV and recover it from its storage site when you want to take it out. Please allow one business day of notice and we’ll have it waiting for you in our Transit Bay (secure behind the gate).
We will be going on holiday soon and we need to pick up our caravan. Will we be charged for the time we are away?
Our storage agreement options are quite flexible. The minimum charge is for one month of storage. If you use your caravan, boat or RV more than 4 – 6 weeks a year you may choose either month to month storage or take out a term for 3 or 6 months only. The best value is for 12 months, however there’s no credit for multi-month storages where paid in advance.
Is my equipment insured at Storage Man Qld?
The equipment you store at Storage Man Qld remains your sole responsibility.
Please ensure you always have your equipment covered by your own insurance provider. Your equipment is not covered under our insurance at Storage Man Qld. You will need to confirm with your insurance provider regarding equipment stored at our premises. If you are not covered, Storage Man Qld can arrange an insurance quote for you based on your needs.
We strongly recommend that all customers have insurance cover or maintain their existing insurance cover on their equipment. Whilst your goods are in storage with Storage Man Qld, they are not covered by Storage Man Qld or the owner of the facility for any loss or damage.
If you already have a pre existing insurance cover on your equipment – don’t assume that it will automatically cover your goods whilst in transit or storage at another premises. Contact your insurance company to find out if your existing policy is suitable for covering equipment in self storage.
